At Jomipsa, we have a complete collaborative network. This means we can meet the needs of our clients, all over the world. In fact, it is due to this heterogeneity in our commercial relations that we must keep a global perspective on varied issues such as human rights, working conditions or environmental respect, as well as their regulatory and legal implications.
For this reason, at Jomipsa we have created a Code of Conduct that includes the policies and general lines of action that guarantee, both internally and externally, perfect compliance with the commitments undertaken as an organisation with the utmost responsibility to society.
Since 2010, we have been members of the Global Compact, an international initiative that safeguards compliance with human rights, fair labour conditions and environmental and anti-corruption policies, promoting transparency and building trust in our daily work. We have undertaken this commitment in-house, and we also require compliance with it from our network of partners and providers.
Jomipsa is actively working with the Red Cross Social Business Challenge as one of its partners. This is one of the initiatives led by the Red Cross Employment Plan in order to help those with integration difficulties to reintegrate into society and to promote a more inclusive and equal labour market.
We understand how important it is to have a job in order for social integration to become easier, while at the same time having the chance to meet motivated and eager individuals. At Jomipsa, we are committed to being a part of this change along with Red Cross through their Social Business Challenge.
