Jomipsa has renewed its Food Safety System Certification 22000 (FSSC 22000), valid until November of 2023. The renewal of this certification signifies that Jomipsa is able to guarantee complete food safety for suppliers, clients, users, and the general public throughout the entire manufacturing process.
Bureau Veritas, the certification authority, oversaw the renewal of the Food Safety System Certification 22000 (FSSC 22000) of Jomipsa, a specialist in the creation of food rations packs and food kits, after undertaking an exhaustive audit in which all of the areas of the company related to food were studied in depth. This renewal also extends to their Monopacker division, responsible for production and marketing of sachets and single-dose food products (oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, etc.)
The main objective of the FSSC 22000 is to guarantee the end user’s protection by implementing a standardised system which ensures integrity and safety in every part of the food supply chain. Additionally, this certification entails recognition at an international level, thanks to the guarantees in food safety and in anti-food tampering and fraud.
By possessing the most stringent quality certifications for their quality assurance systems, Jomipsa is able to work with highly sensitive industries (defense, security, emergency, and humanitarian aid). These certificates demonstrate that the company is a trustworthy and safe provider available to serve in any emergency situation.
The FSSC 22000, together with the rest of their certifications, helps make Jomipsa excel as a company when developing all types of projects and food products.
